GLP has been delivering new commercial development at Magna Park Corby since acquiring the site in 2022. To date, we have delivered two new commercial units, a spine road thorough the site, a new sustainable drainage system and have commenced work on a new access roundabout on the A43. Since acquiring the site, we are delighted to have secured tenancies from Nike and fashion logistics services Bleckmann, and are in advanced discussions with other potential future occupiers. These companies will bring a mix of high quality new jobs to Corby, located within state of the art and sustainably designed buildings.
